Ludlow Dawes is a strategic brand marketing professional and cultural advocate with more than a decade of experience in luxury brand marketing. As the Senior Brand Manager for BACARDÍRums in North America, Ludlow is responsible for delivering Brand performance targets nationally while leading consumer programs focused on building desire and driving transaction. Throughout his 6 years with BACARDÍ USA, Ludlow has worked across customer marketing and consumer brand teams – relaunching acceleration brands and working across additional brands from the portfolio including Stillhouse® Spirits and D’USSE® Cognac.
Before joining Bacardi, Ludlow led regional marketing initiatives in North America for Brown Forman’s Family of Brands including JACK DANIEL’S® Tennessee Whiskey, WOODFORD RESERVE® Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and FINLANDIA® Vodka. Prior entering the spirits industry, Ludlow worked in public relations for SANDALS RESORTS INTERNATIONAL® where he was tasked with introducing global journalists, celebrities, and tastemakers to the wonders of the Caribbean through planned press trips and consumer events.
Ludlow serves as Co-Founder and Board Director for Every Mikkle Global Youth Foundation, a non-profit organization with the goal to provide access and mentorship to educational opportunities to the disenfranchised youth of Jamaica.
